Candidate will be responsible for assisting with program intakes for multiple service delivery programs as well as working directly with customers. No supervisory capacity. Interested candidates should have desire to help others.
Some general carpentry skills preferred but not mandatory. Must have valid driver’s license, cannot be afraid of heights or confined spaces, we supply all tools and transportation from Olney warehouse to job site. You would be traveling across the 9 counties we serve (Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Jasper, Richland, and Lawrence) as part of a team that goes into homes and does the work to make them more energy efficient. Training will be provided, including learning HVAC. Hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Position will be serving the needs of at-risk, low-income individuals or families with case management services including assistance in finding and maintaining housing.
2-year Early Childhood degree required. Experience working with preschool children preferred. Will supervise center staff. Must be able to communicate with other staff in the classroom and willing to help others.
Two positions open, one will be based in Charleston, IL and one in Mattoon, IL. Candidate will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, scheduling appointments, and possibly assisting with program intakes for multiple service delivery programs as well as working directly with customers. Interested candidates should have desire to help others.
Provide program guideline nutritious meals to the Senior Population. Plan meals, check temperatures, assist with cleaning, food inventory and other duties as assigned. 2-3 years of cooking experience preferred.
(Crawford, Jasper, Richland, Lawrence counties). Position comes with partial benefits. 2 Year Early Childhood Education Degree is required.
Head Start Northern Substitute Teacher -Full-Time
