We provide free housing counseling and help connecting households to home repair, energy, and homeownership resources.
Eligibility, funding, and availability vary by program.
Home Repair & Accessibility Assistance
• USDA Section 504 Home Repair Grants
Up to $9,250 (age 62+, income-based)
• USDA Section 504 Low-Interest Repair Loans No age restrictions
• USDA Section 533 Home Repair Grants Up to $10,000 (program limits apply)
• Veterans Roof Assistance Limited availability
