Head Start Special Services Aide/Bus Aide in Olney- Full-time 8/29/24
Will work one on one with children who need accommodations and in the classroom. This person will ride the bus to assist with pick up and delivery of children to designated locations, assumes responsibility for the children’s safety on the bus. Must have the ability to assist the children to buckle their restraint system, fill out paperwork as necessary, make sure the children are safely turned over to their parent/guardian, check the bus to make sure it is empty, keep in contact with the Center if the need arises, and be able to keep the children quiet. Other duties as assigned. 

Head Start Coach – Full-Time 11/18/24
Will work as a colleague with classroom teachers to support student learning in all content areas. In order to fulfill these expectations, the coach will provide personalized support that is based on the goals and identified needs of individual teachers. Assist teachers in aligning their teaching with appropriate standards, curriculum and assessments. Work collaboratively and collegially with Coordinators and Administration Staff. The coach will support classroom staff with the implementation of effective teaching practices across all developmental domains that lead to increased positive outcomes for children within the context of a collaborative relationship. Will travel to ERBA Head Start locations. 4 Year Degree in Early Childhood Education, or related, is Required.
 
Weatherization Crew Member in Olney -Full-Time 11/30/23
Some general carpentry skills preferred but not mandatory. Must have valid driver’s license, cannot be afraid of heights or confined spaces, we supply all tools and transportation from Olney warehouse to job site. You would be traveling across the 9 counties we serve (Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Jasper, Richland, and Lawrence) as part of a team that goes into homes and does the work to make them more energy efficient. Training will be provided, including learning HVAC. Hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
 
Head Start Southern Substitute Teacher -Full-Time
(Crawford, Jasper, Richland, Lawrence counties). Position comes with partial benefits. 2 Year Early Childhood Education Degree is required.
 

Head Start Northern Substitute Teacher -Full-Time
(Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar counties). Position comes with partial benefits. 2 Year Early Childhood Education Degree is required.
