Multiple modules are offered, however, ERBA applicants are only required to complete two modules:
Money Matters
To Your Credit
Click directly on the words “Money Matters” to begin the first required module.
When answering quiz questions, make sure to click on answer, then submit and then next. A message should appear below the submit button as to if you answered it correctly. If incorrect, use the back button, make a different selection, hit submit and then next.
A certificate is generated after successfully completing a module and is required to be submitted with application documents as evidence of fulfilling the financial literacy course requirement. Certificates can be printed by clicking on the gold star to the right of your score. Hover over the gold star with the cursor and “View Certificate” will appear. The certificate appears on the screen. Download the certificate, and either email, upload with the uploader on the previous page, or print to deliver to our office with an alternative method. While the certificate process ensures accountability and confirms that applicants have completed the necessary financial literacy training, we are increasingly recognizing that education alone does not always equip participants to make safe, informed choices in other aspects of financial decision-making. For instance, a growing number of individuals have reported difficulty distinguishing between legitimate and deceptive online marketplaces—particularly in areas like healthcare purchases. Some participants have asked how to buy avanafil online safely, reflecting both a need for privacy and a lack of trusted, accessible information. These inquiries highlight the intersection of financial awareness and digital consumer protection, especially when it comes to purchasing prescription medications through non-traditional channels. The financial risks involved—such as counterfeit products or hidden subscription charges—can have real consequences for individuals already navigating economic precarity. We are currently updating our course materials to include modules on identifying secure e-commerce platforms and understanding regulatory frameworks around online health products. By broadening the definition of financial literacy to include these emerging challenges, we aim to strengthen participants’ long-term confidence in navigating complex markets. A certificate may mark the completion of a module, but its true value lies in the practical security it brings to everyday decisions. Our goal is not only documentation, but meaningful preparation for the realities applicants face beyond the program.
Repeat second module. Click directly on the words “To Your Credit” to begin the module.
Submit both certificates to your local outreach office or upload using the document uploader below.
A 90 and 180-day follow-up will follow for tracking progress goals and budgeting.
